On Route for Glory

Do you enjoy the excitement of a big race? Perhaps the best part of the race is watching as racers whiz past the finish line and celebrate a race well done!  We may never experience the thrill of crossing a finish line from inside a real race car, but we are all drivers in the race of life. Like those race teams, who spend many hours studying the track and working on their cars, On Route for Glory - girlwe need to train for our race, too!  “On Route for Glory” is a five day vacation Bible school program that is packed with fast-moving activities including Bible lessons, crafts, songs, skits, games, and snacks. Your children will learn from God – our Crew Chief – some strategic character traits that He wants us to build into our lives as we race toward Glory. There will be training in honesty, self-control, joyfulness, humility, and forgiveness. On Route for Glory - car and boyEvery good racer wants to not just finish the race, but to finish well and win the prize! Children will also hear of what Jesus Christ has done for them so that they can receive the prize of being in Glory (heaven) some day.

Note to Churches and Pastors:
Depending on your situation, this VBS can be done as a traditional style program being in person on your church’s location for five consecutive days, or five different weeks during a Sunday School time or special kids’ ministry, as a small backyard program, or virtually.

We want to be of assistance to you and can offer you some of the craft supplies which go along with the program as well as buttons with each of the different character traits to give for reciting the day’s memory verse.   We also have some t-shirts available.  Please contact us if you are interested in any of these items.  If you do use this program, we would love to hear how it went and even have some pictures of it in use.
